									WSDOT continues to meet its goal for aircraft registration
									
									WSDOT registered 7,463 aircraft and provided 1,866 exemptions to qualifying aircraft during the 2024 aircraft registration and renewal cycle. WSDOT has met its annual goal of registering 95% of aircraft in the state for 19 years in a row.

									WSDOT meets aircraft registration annual goal 
									
									WSDOT registered 7,387 aircraft and provided 1,877 exemptions to qualifying aircraft during the 2023 aircraft registration and renewal cycle. WSDOT has met its annual registration goal of 95% of aircraft in the state for 18 years in a row.

									WSDOT meets aircraft registration annual goal 
									
									WSDOT registered 7,341 aircraft and provided 2,804 exemptions to qualifying aircraft during the 2022 aircraft registration and renewal cycle. WSDOT has met its annual goal of registering at least 95% of all aircraft in the state for 17 years in a row.

									WSDOT meets aircraft registration annual goal 
									
									WSDOT registered 7,102 aircraft and provided 2,899 exemptions to qualifying aircraft during the 2021 aircraft registration and renewal cycle. WSDOT has met its annual goal of registering at least 95% of all aircraft in the state for 16 years in a row. 
									
									WSDOT launched a new aircraft registration system in September 2019, replacing an outdated system introduced in 2002. The new system is more secure and offers users multiple online services in lieu of an in-person office visit. 										WSDOT registered 6,860 aircraft and provided 3,213 exemptions to qualifying aircraft during the 2020 aircraft registration and renewal cycle. WSDOT has met its annual goal of registering at least 95% of all aircraft in the state for 15 years in a row.
