Ticketing and Reservations Modernization

We plan to roll out the updated ticketing and reservations system one route at a time, starting in fall 2025 with the Port Townsend/Coupeville route. The full project schedule will depend on the success of the Port Townsend/Coupeville launch and is being finalized. We’ll make sure the system is working smoothly on each route before moving to the next route. By summer 2026, the updated system should be in use on all routes and at every terminal.  

The timeline below is our current plan and may change if the system isn't fully tested and ready for the fall 2025 sailing season on Port Townsend/Coupeville.

Through support from the Governor’s Office and the Washington State Legislature, this project is fully funded at $8.7 Million.
