Approved consultant for right-of-way services
** Effective immediately, the approved consultant list has been eliminated and is no longer a requirement to work for WSDOT as a ROW consultant. **
WSDOT still has a consultant evaluation and selection process when consultants propose to do work for WSDOT, which will be conducted by the region/project where the work will take place. The consultant selection process is described in Chapter 8 of the revised WSDOT ROW Manual which is available at the following address:
https://www.wsdot.wa.gov/publications/manuals/fulltext/M26-01/ROW.pdf
If you have any questions about working for WSDOT as a ROW consultant, please contact the region/project where you are seeking work.
