The North Spokane Corridor (NSC) Sprague Avenue to Spokane River - Stage 3 project will construct a new divided, four-lane highway from Sprague Avenue to Alki Avenue. It is the final southern section of the NSC before the connection to Interstate 90.

This project repaired the roadway by sealing cracks, smoothing ruts and filling potholes and created a smoother, safer driving surface for all users of the highway. Crews also paved sections along East Simcoe Drive.

This project replaced the aging and failing US 97 Satus Creek Bridge with a new concrete bridge structure that meets current standards, improving safety and mobility for all travelers.
